Energy Angels services have been developed to help reduce landlord spend on energy and labour through effective management of energy supplies in empty or void properties.
We’ve helped in over 450,000 empty properties, saving money on void energy spend, time and labour. We’ve also helped residents ensure that their energy accounts are correctly set up and helped ensure access to the lowest priced energy tariffs. Our Partners and their residents have collectively saved over
£80,000,000 as a direct result of our services.
Our void energy management services are currently being used by over 125 social landlords in mainland UK with varying housing stock sizes, totaling over 1,200,000 homes.
As the energy industry changes, we adapt so that our Social Housing Partners can continue to use a familiar and consistent service. Energy Angels are, by some distance, the largest independent provider of void energy management for Social Landlords and our aim is to be the largest – and best – provider in the UK.
